The Role
The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A will have the opportunity to help lead the forecasting, reporting, analysis, finance business partnership and process improvements for our R&D and G&A organizations. In addition, this role will be responsible for assisting with overall corporate P&L reporting and serve as the primary resource for developing, aggregating and maintaining reports in support of our quarterly and annual earnings cycles.

What You'll Do
  • Finance business partner to help support our 2,000+ person global R&D and G&A organizations
  • Manage overall corporate spending for business leaders and provide key metrics to help identify trends that will assist in future investment decisions
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes for G&A and R&D organizations, including planning cycles, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
  • Serve as lead for all key internal and external corporate reporting schedules for management in support of our quarterly and annual earnings cycles
  • Provide thought leadership around standardizing reporting that will enhance our support of the business and help generate insights for management
  • Become an Adaptive Planning lead resource in order to strengthen and streamline our current reporting capabilities
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects to drive automation, standardization, and operational improvement to reduce time to deliver while improving consistency and accuracy to help scale the business
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 4+ years applicable work experience in finance/accounting, preferably for a SaaS company
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) and experience with SaaS-based financial planning/reporting
  • Detail-oriented with advanced analytical skills
Nice to Have
  • Adaptive, NetSuite, systems experience
