Special Access Program Analyst - Top Secret

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking an International Special Access Program Analyst to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency's International and Special Program's (ISP) Division. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the ISP in the technical oversight of programs and services by administering international responsibilities regarding U.S. cleared industry involvement with foreign governments, foreign contractors and NATO. You will apply your knowledge of the national industrial security program (NISP) to support the DIB, aid in visit / travel / transfer requests, and support international security programs. Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledge, advice, and assistance on the development of international transmission plans and implementation of international security assurances
• Provide direction on policies and procedures to support international industrial security programs
• Review program security arrangements for compliance with international security agreements
• Monitor industry compliance with NISP requirements for international transfers of classified information and international security assurances
• Recommend corrective action for non-compliance
• Provide direction on classified contractor visits overseas, international security assurances, SAP Program Access Requests and eligibility recertification
• Other duties as assigned; associated with and/or in support of your primary role or program mission

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience working on an international security program
• 3+ years' experience working in SAP personnel security
• 3+ years' experience in industrial security with strong familiarity of National Industrial Security Program;
• 3+ years' experience with NISS, DISS, NCCS and other security related data systems;
• 3+ years' experience with commercial business systems, including One Note, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel, capable of performing data analytics, operations tracking, and operations reporting;
• 3+ years' experience in conducting strategic communications with key stakeholders, including preparing written reports, supporting conferences and giving briefings
• 3+ experience in data analytics, inputting data into data bases or comparable Systems of Record, tracking and analyzing data inputs, and capable of producing reports or depict key data in reporting slides on request
