Our technology and services power advertising in Apple News and Search Ads in App Store. Our platforms are highly-performant, deployed at scale, and setting new standards for enabling effective advertising while protecting user privacy. We are looking for an experienced Ad Trafficking Quality Specialist to help us ensure the highest standards of advertising across the platform. We're looking for critical problem solvers who would like to play a key role in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications
  • Ad trafficking, ad scheduling & digital campaign management experience within Freewheel.
  • Basic understanding of video ad serving technology.
  • Proficiency in recognizing tracking issues through thoughtful and thorough QA.
  • Incredibly detail-oriented and able to navigate grey areas effectively.
  • Strong verbal, writing communication, organization and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Apple products and services, especially MacOS & iOS.
  • Proven ability to complete repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Able to navigate exposure to unusual, and sensitive content.
  • Flexibility to work shifts that may include weekends.
Description
Ensure logical review of Ad/URL content. Deliver high-quality content review consistently and accurately. Think both quantitatively and qualitatively to evaluate and address unusual, or sensitive content. Identify and report issues, patterns, and trends on the platform. Oversee policy enforcement for an assigned platform to ensure compliance processes and procedures are integrated and aligned with business processes. Conduct UATs, report bugs and enhancement requests for existing and upcoming policy tools. Communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional teams across time-zones. Work independently to prioritize your time. Learn and use various internal tools to review and moderate content. Inform appropriate Management about issues that may involve policy violations or potential liability. Assist Management to implement adequate controls and ad review processes. Ensure escalations have all information needed and reach the proper audience so actions can be taken.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $94,000 and $171,000 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
