Job Summary
The University of Kentucky Clinical Research Support Office ( CRSO) is currently seeking this position for the Clinical Trial Management System ( CTMS) and Advarra EDC research systems. Preferred candidates will have experience working with a CTMS, in particular Advarra's OnCore application. This key position coordinates CTMS end-user training for the Markey Cancer Center ( MCC), develops training content and materials, and delivers training via multiple delivery methods including web conference, e-learning, classroom, and blended solutions utilizing a variety of instructional techniques. In addition, this position provides technical support for MCC end-users and monitors key system data to promote optimal use of the research systems and data quality for MCC. The top candidate for this position will demonstrate an understanding of the interdependencies between software systems to guide training, understand requirements involved in human subject research, possess strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service orientation. This position must work independently and with teams.
