TEMP BPO Senior Representative

Roles & Responsibilites in this role : As a Provider Data Management Representative you are expected to perform the following tasks - Verify/Edit
-Both publicly available and plan-specific information,
- Including but not limited tobusiness demographics,
- Plan specifics, and business attributes.
- Utilizing multiple platforms to ensure accuracy.

* Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our client.
* A graduate with English as a compulsory subject
Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (07:30am to 04:30pm CST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
