Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA - Assisted Living Part time - Night Weekend work is required for this position. The Care Manager / CNA" is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This Universal Care Manager role includes providing hands on care, physical, and emotional support as outlined in each resident's Individualized Service Plan (ISP) while maintaining a safe and comfortable home like environment. The Care Manager / CNA" is responsible for demonstrating the Mission for Grand Oaks, " to champion quality of life for all seniors" in accordance with federal, state and local standards, and regulations and Grand Oaks policies to promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents.
