Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Find CNC Recipe for job & load or must be able to build Recipe as required for new jobs

* Perform the first piece sample

* Setup crosswire program

* Setup frame magazine & Crosswire welder

* Inspect wires for defects, Label full boxes with the required Labels

* Move full pallets to the storage area

* Change wire Spools out when required with Hoist or ask Fork truck (driver when needed)

* Know how to operate the overhead Hoist and Follow safety requirements for operating the Hoist (fill out the Hoist inspection sheet). Can be trained on Hoist use

Qualifications:

* Collect all materials and equipment needed to begin the process

* Check wire to ensure the highest quality

* Maintain equipment in good condition, adjust, repair, and clear jams as required

* Keep records of quantities and time as required

* Report on issues, malfunctions, or defective product

* Lift up to #40 as required, stand for up to 10 hours a day, Bend, sit, stand, lift, pull

* Keep your area clean and organized
