You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement OR time of referral: BASIC REQUIREMENT: This experience must include Information Technology (IT) related experience that demonstrates each of the following four competencies: 1) Attention to Detail, 2) Customer Service, 3) Oral Communication and 4) Problem Solving. In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To be minimally qualified for this position you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level payband or GS grade in the normal line of progression. Specialized experience would include one year of substantive supervisory or program management experience at the GS-13 or GS-14 level or equivalent level manager or comparable management or leadership experiences outside of Federal service. To be qualifying for this position your experience should be sufficient to demonstrate: Experience applying management techniques, methods, theories, principles, and labor relations concepts, sufficient to assure optimum utilization of personnel, equipment, and space, and to accomplish program objectives through combined technical and administrative oversight; Experience planning, directing, and evaluating work of subordinate managers, employees, contractors, and/or others; Experience applying appropriate operations, policies, applicable laws, regulations, rules, practices, procedures, and techniques sufficient to provide oversight and direction in the planning, development and implementation of large, complex technology programs directly related and/or specific to the position being filled; Experience applying budget and fiscal methods used in establishing and maintaining an organization. Experience working on major programs segments, organizational structures and/or functional responsibilities specific to the position being filled.
