Position Overview

Provides leadership, direction and day-to-day management for all aspects related to the treasury area: cash management and reporting; banking and lending relationships; risk mitigation; foreign exchange; cash forecasting, managing borrowings and investments; and loan covenant compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversees and manages all treasury operations to include cash forecasting, disbursements and debt obligations.

Develops and implements strategic plans for treasury services. Defines key metrics consistent with enterprise objectives.

Subject matter expert on company credit agreements - understanding loan operations and covenant and performing compliance calculations

Supports strategic finance initiatives, including financing and refinancing activities and managing relationships with domestic and international cash management financial institutions and ratings agencies.

Collaborate with accounting and other finance areas to identify and mitigate interest rate, commodity, and currency risk

Prepare and present various management presentations including Lender and Rating Agency materials

Develops and maintains treasury operations policies and evaluation of such activities.

Lead special projects and ad hoc analysis as required

Oversees and manages the company's cash and liquidity position, including execution of short-term borrowings or investments to meet daily funding requirements.

Manages the company's merchant card processing activities, including relationships with the major issuers (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash management activities.

Reviews and drives improvements in cash management to ensure financial obligations are met in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Ensures effective disaster recovery procedures for treasury are in place.

Manages treasury staff, including training; planning and delegation; and managing performance.

Education and Experience Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics or Math required
* 8-10 years of experience in banking and/or treasury operations required
* Previous supervisory management experience preferred
* Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data
* Knowledge of financial statements and financial statement analysis, including an ability to analyze cash flow and the impact on financial statements
* Analytical skills to accurately model the financial aspects and outcomes of business issues using spreadsheets and/or other applicable tools
* Ability to understand financial and related operational data, synthesize results, then develop and prioritize actionable insights and recommendations
* Professional verbal and written communication skills including executive presence and presentation delivery

Pay Ranges
$114,013.00 - $190,020.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
