New Relic's Business Application team is looking for a business savvy Lead Salesforce Admin to join us to help enhance and maintain applications on our Salesforce Lightning platform. You will be working with our amazing product, data and business operations teams to support high priority initiatives, as well as day-to-day operations.

We are looking for candidates that will work West Coast hours remotely from their home office.

What you'll do
  • Lead the administration of our Salesforce instance and for Service Cloud
  • Meet with the business to determine their needs and translate them into technical specifications
  • Design & develop scalable & efficient solutions to support critical business functions
  • Lead the governance model for platform security, performance, and scalability
  • Lead all aspects of 3rd party application use and support
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to help junior members as well as peers to address any skill gaps
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user management, Report and Dashboards, Flows, and other routine tasks
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends and recommend new solutions and enhancements that could benefit the organization
  • Support end-users in real-time with issues related to the Salesforce and supported applications
  • Release and environment management including sandbox usage planning, metadata, and data migration, environment comparisons, and version control
This role requires
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or the equivalent related experience.
  • 8+ years experience of Salesforce Administrator Experience
  • 5+ years experience of Service Cloud experience, Knowledge Base, Experience Cloud/Community, Omni-Channel
  • Experience in automation process with Flows, Process Builder, SOQL and Salesforce Sharing & Security model.
  • Experience managing large data volumes, considering limits & performance tuning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Bonus points if you have
  • Experience with Playvox
  • Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud or Salesforce Certified Solution Architect are a plus
  • Experience with Slack for Service Cloud, Einstein for Service
  • Exposure to Salesforce survey/feedback management or other survey tools
  • Experience with Sales Cloud & CPQ

Estimated Base Pay Range: $ 122,000 - $ 152,000
The pay range above represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan and a competitive equity package. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
