Responsibilities: Leading the design and development of civil engineering projects, including civil/site, transportation, or rehabilitation projects. Conducting feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments. Reviewing detailed engineering plans, specifications, and construction schedules. Managing project budgets, resources, and timelines. Coordinating with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met. Reviewing and approving design changes and engineering drawings. Mentoring and providing guidance to junior civil engineers, civil designers, and CAD Technicians. Conducting quality assurance checks and ensuring adherence to project specifications. Civil Engineer Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Licensed Professional Engineer Proven experience in civil engineering projects, including design and construction oversight.
