Provide service to customers for tickets to Georgia Tech athletic events to include operation of automated ticketing systems, responding to customer inquiries and maintaining associated records. Coordinates ticketed admissions to sporting events. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: Ticketing Operations management and staff, customers.
