Ansira company is seeking a full-time AEM Teach Lead for delivering and supporting development of web applications using Adobe Experience Manager Sites and Assets.
The ideal person will have a strong understanding of industry trends and CMS (content management systems). In addition, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment, with strong back-end knowledge, is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and collaborating on technical solutions to ensure successful delivery of software projects
- Follow design direction while coming up with your own solutions to build a high-quality product
- Develop solution design for the implementation working closely with Tech Lead and Architect
- Collaborate with team in creating best-in-class web experiences through AEM
- Ensure software developed adheres to best practices and quality standards through code and design reviews
Required Skills:
- 3+ year experience developing JEE web applications and experience in implementing Web application, Web Content Management (WCM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions using AEM platform.
- Experience in AEM component development using sightly, OSGi services, Asset workflow development, Schedulers, Metadata & Tag Management plus integrating AEM with other applications.
- Experience with setting up dispatcher configurations
- Good knowledge of CSS, SCSS/Sass, jQuery and JavaScript
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP-based web services.
- Good understanding of any continuous integration tools and version control tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to learn and explore new frameworks and tools.
- Knowledge of any other Adobe experience cloud tools is good to have.
- AEM certified developers are preferred.
Nice to have skills and certifications:
- Adobe AEM Certification
- Experience working with and building for AEM as a Cloud Service and Adobe Cloud Manager for deployments
- Familiarity of Adobe Analytics, Campaign, Target, and Launch in regards to integrating them in AEM
- SCRUM, JIRA experience
- Experience deploying code for site build to launch, as well as deploying from stage to prod for existing sites
- Understanding of headless CMS vs traditional for content delivery and development
- Familiarity with SASS, LESS
- Familiarity with templating languages such as Jade, Handlebars, etc.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Grunt or Gulp
