Summary

As a Maintenance Technician the applicant shall create and develop tooling solutions for production, solve technical issues, analyze TPM procedures for automation cells, support maintenance and production activity, & maintenance in everydayoperation and ramp up.

Shift: Position open in first (days) and 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

  • Meet KPIs.
  • Oversee technical issues with all equipment in the Paint Shop.
  • Create and develop tooling solutions for Paint Shop Equipment.
  • Oversee TPM for all cells and manage accordingly.
  • Process and Equipment expertise for assigned function/group

Qualifications

Required



  • 5-7 years of experience within relevant maintenance discipline (automation, electrical engineering, project management, ergonomic engineering, software development/programming, mechanical design, TPM)
  • 2-yr technical degree, apprenticeship or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of: f Durr Paint & Sealer Robots, 3DOnsite, ISRA Vision Systems, ABB Paint Robots, Fanuc Sealer, Durr Sealer Application, Durr Paint Application, Design, Fabrication, & Welding, Eisenmann E-shuttles, Project Design, Root Cause Analysis, Spare Parts, TPM, Repair & Maintenance Budget, Durr Dry Scrubber & Eisenmann Ecube, Skid & Fixture System, Paint circulation system design/upkeep



Preferred



  • 4-year degree
  • Painting competency
  • MMI programming
  • PLC control experience
  • Knowledge of: Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Software engineering for human interface
