The ideal candidate for this position will have:



  • Heavy equipment in the completion of assigned tasks such as excavating, trenching, street cleaning, and delivering refuse and recycling materials to the landfill.
  • Various types of solid waste equipment, including front load, side load, rear load, and roll-off collection vehicles.
  • An articulated tractor.

Application Process:

Minimum Requirements:



  • Education: High school graduation or equivalency
  • Experience: 9-12 months experience
  • Physical Demands: Work requires heavy physical exertion and effort. Forces exerted are equivalent to lifting between 25 and 50 pounds


Licenses & Certifications:



  • Minimum valid Arizona Class "B" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) upon hire
  • Class "A" CDL and/or Tanker and Hazmat endorsement may be required within Twelve (12) months of hire depending upon assignment
