Overview Join Hillcrest Medical Center as an Inpatient Cardiovascular Sonographer Schedule: 4, 10-hour shifts 10:00pm - 6:00am, minimal holidays and no on-call obligations. The successful candidate will be able to: Perform and measure 2D Echo/Doppler studies, carotid duplex imaging, and noninvasive arterial Doppler studies Perform venous reflux and duplex exams Assist with transesophageal echocardiograms Demonstrates safe and effective use of equipment Utilize the CV Imaging database to file studies with accuracy Assist with training and orientation of new staff Qualifications Technical or associate's degree required Must obtain Echo and Vascular registry through either ARDMS or CCI within 12 months of employment Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills Professionalism displayed through sound judgment, initiative, and flexibility Good interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
