What we need:

We currently have a great opportunity for a Senior Account Executive to join our team supporting a high-profile client. You'll use your experience in loyalty marketing to help grow Lacek's role with our client. This includes articulating and supporting our client's marketing strategy, branding activities and managing member rewards and experiences. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll bring the best thinking that the agency can offer to your client contacts, defining and managing marketing projects to ensure that they are delivered to our client as scoped - on time and on budget.

What you'll do:



  • Provide direction/guidance to the creative team in the development of email and push notification campaigns
  • Lead client reviews and communicate feedback to internal teams
  • Prepare email, app and push assets for deployment according to project schedules
  • Partner closely with a third-party email service provider to ensure emails are QAd and deployed successfully
  • Assist with campaign testing, according to project schedules to ensure logic, design, copy and links are correct and communicate change requests as needed
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, from loading content to researching trends and competitors
  • Drive efficient internal and client meetings by creating and distributing agendas in advance and meeting summaries afterwards
  • Independently create and maintain project schedules for assigned projects.
  • Effectively use program management tools to move projects through the agency in accordance with established processes
  • Proactively seek information to understand campaign objectives and client direction
  • Build credibility and nurture relationships with internal team members and client contacts with proactive communication
  • Maintain client status reports
  • Contribute content and lead Monthly Planning Meetings with the client
  • Nurture mid-manager-level client relationships
  • Identify new revenue growth or efficiency opportunities
  • Mentor and coach junior Account Executives



What you'll bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in related field such as marketing
  • Minimum intermediate level PC skills required; Microsoft Office products preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to function within a team-oriented environment; must be an assertive participant
  • Demonstrated ability to function independently, must be self-motivated
  • Excellent time management skills, as well as the ability to effectively establish priorities and manage multiple projects
  • Exercises good judgment and seeks guidance when outcomes are uncertain
  • Must possess a high level of stress tolerance/flexibility, and maintain a high energy level
  • Aptitude for story-telling and influencing
  • Experience leading targeted lifecycle communications (or interest in learning)
