Job Description

Become a champion for children's health with a career at CHA. We serve with purpose and passion to help 220 member children's hospitals improve kids' health and well-being.

Where You'll Work

This position is based in our Lenexa, Kansas office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.

What You'll Do



  • Lead the development of curriculum for forum and affinity group meetings, working with member-hospital representatives to ensure the content and presenters are effective and impactful.
  • Act as a customer relations expert by building strong relationships with member hospitals, participants, and external consultants.
  • Execute meeting and conference preparation for in-person and virtual events, including the development of agendas, speaker outreach, communication, and facilitation.
  • Lead forum/affinity group recruitment, screening, enrollment, and participation.
  • Work collaboratively across CHA business areas to connect CHA products and services to participants and to leverage program knowledge to inform collaboration among children's hospitals.

Experience and Skills

What You'll Bring to CHA



  • Bachelor's degree in business, health care or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in health care or related field.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Zoom applications.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and with a customer service focus, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
