HR Analytics Intern (College)

TDIndustries has exciting Internship opportunities available for students interested in partnering with an innovative and growing organization. Over 10 weeks you will have the opportunity to work on projects, shadow different roles, and learn how to apply your education in the real world.

Will get an opportunity to understand people analytics and how it drives decisions.
• Will work with projects like engagement survey results, turnover analysis, and others.
• Will work with multiple People department teams (HR, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Safety, and Total Rewards) in the summer.
• Will gain experience using Power BI
• Will analyze and interpret data

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing Analysis or Organizational Development
• Currently college level: Junior or Senior student/ Grad School
• At least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work 40 hours (or more) per week
• Excellent computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Must be team oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
