We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Histology Technologist to join our team!
What You'll Do
The Histology Technologist is responsible for abiding by applicable federal regulatory agency requirements. The responsibilities and requirements relate to the required knowledge of embedding, microtomy and maintaining the equipment under the direction of the pathologist or designee. The position will also perform specimen grossing of surgically removed tissue under the supervision of the Pathologist. This job description reflects the essential function of the position and is not to be assumed that the principle functions are the only duties to be performed. Other duties will arise and must be carried out as assigned to meet quality standards expected for patient care.
