About the Role

Senior Account Executives handle a wide range of projects/clients with a high degree of independence and sound judgment. They have the experience to play a primary, independent implementation role in client work. You will possess a deep understanding about PR, strong media relations experience with contacts at the intersection of lifestyle and technology, and be able to come up with creative initiatives to help client solving their business/communication objective.

What You'll Do



  • Support the team with day-to-day client interaction
  • Play a major role in the research, planning, and execution of comprehensive Communications Marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate team meetings and client presentations
  • Be the organizational center of projects
  • Challenge the status-quo, seeking alternate approaches to developing solutions and strategies
  • Research, write, and help to develop communications plans and campaign materials including campaign strategies, pitches, media lists, key messages, press releases and recap reports
  • Lead media relations efforts and partnership outreach
  • Manage client communications, objectives, expectations and timelines and coordinate client updates/directions to internal team members
  • Coordinate with IAT (inter-agency teams) to facilitate cross-discipline updates across public relations, social, digital and influencer
  • Demonstrate proficiency in writing skills to craft internal and client correspondence, communications plans, press materials, new business proposals, etc.
  • Demonstrate tactical proficiency in creating and driving media outreach plans, message development, management of events, growth of contact network and effective pitching


What You'll Need



  • 2-3 years of industry experience, ideally in an agency setting
  • Experience delivering programs in public relations, marketing, or communications with background in materials development, media relations, and partnership outreach
  • Proficient in media writing and pitching experience with a proven track record of successful media outreach and a network of relationships with top tier media contacts, preferably across lifestyle verticals
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Has project management skills; able to manage multiple parties to complete tasks and deliver quality outcomes for projects
  • Willingness to take on complex challenges and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel to client offices a minimum of once per week for planning and status meetings (located in New Jersey)

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range
$45,000 $90,000 USD
