Financial Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Lead all aspects of centralized financial modeling and reporting in support of Booz Allen's Enterprise Organization.Maintain responsibility for consolidation reporting and support and collaborate with EO Finance business partners and other finance stakeholders to derive short- and long-term financial targets and forecast.Synthesize and distill large, complex sets of data and distill key takeaways and actionable insights. Actively monitor EO financial performance through detailed variance analysis and provide insight into drivers and assumptions. Become proficient in our firm's financial model construct to support the annual planning process including target setting, bottoms-up modelling, and rate management. Champion financial processes, tools, and best practices. Continually drive process and technology improvement to achieve more efficient and effective financial management. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in finance in a corporate or government contractor setting

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, government contracting finance, corporate development, consulting, or investment banking

  • Experience putting together executive level briefings using PowerPoint

  • Experience utilizing Hyperion Financial reporting tools to extract data for reporting purposes

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel for financial modeling

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to attain a comprehension of the government consulting business model and operational drivers quickly

  • Ability to effectively manage complex processes and time-sensitive deliverables

  • Ability to work in a team environment and in a self-directed manner

  • Ability to maintain strict privacy of confidential information

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
