About the Role

The Account Supervisor will collaborate with members of the account team and Content Studio. You will be the operational day-to-day point of contact for the client and the Content Studio, ensuring a fluid and efficient project management workflow. You have a strong work ethic and sharp business acumen and can proactively lead all elements of the 'making' including scope, project management, risk management, project hand off and more. You are a team leader and champion of the work.

*This is a hybrid role based in the Washington, DC (DMV) area with in-office expectation of 3 days per week.*

What You'll Do



  • Serve as the key day-to-day point of contact for clients (content briefings, assets, etc.)
  • Supervise the Content Studio and lead the development of project scopes, timelines, budgets, etc.
  • Be the organizational center of projects - manage, problem solve and drive execution even when the path is ambiguous and multiple stakeholders are involved
  • Manage and document rounds of rework for reconciliation of assets
  • Partner with the Creative Lead to manage resources for timely delivery of projects
  • Run point and coordinate internal and external team communication
  • Attend scrum meetings with client's Content Manager
  • Ensure all assets are in line with brand guidelines - serve as the "brand gatekeeper"
  • Manage weekly worklists and anticipations of several workstreams
  • Orchestrate important information for day-to-day delivery of assets
  • Ensure projects adhere to timeline - identify and communicate changes in timeline, including any implications
  • Manage general financial process in collaboration with finance partner
  • Utilize proper tools for master assets: Content Hub and CreativeX, as well as internal tools
  • Properly implement Adobe and Getty Images to maximize efficiencies


What You'll Need



  • 5-8 years of industry experience including account management and project management
  • Strong experience leading teams and working in a fast-paced environment - consistently delivering content at scale and with creative excellence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Experience writing proposals and SOWs to define the project scope, budget, and timeline
  • Demonstrated agility and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities resulting in high quality outcomes
  • Advanced competency in core professional skills, especially attention to detail, responsiveness, follow-through, flexibility, initiative, and tact
  • Willingness to take on complex challenges and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Natural and effective collaborator, positive attitude, and sound work ethic
  • Creative thinker who can bring new ideas and keep client brand relevant
  • Category experience of food & beverage preferred

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range
$60,000 $140,000 USD
