Job Description Summary:Enterprise Residential is the property management operation within Enterprise Community Development, the largest nonprofit developer, owner, and operator of affordable rental apartments in the Mid-Atlantic. Enterprise Community Development and Enterprise Residential comprise the Community Development division of Enterprise Community Partners ("Enterprise") - a national affordable housing nonprofit that, in addition to its Community Development division, invests capital in affordable rental homes through its Capital division and manages programs, policy, and an advisory group through its Solutions division. Collectively as "Enterprise," the breadth and depth of these end-to-end capabilities is unequaled in the affordable housing industry.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with all third-party regulations within the assigned property/properties.

Work Location and Work Time
The Compliance Specialist will be assigned to an Enterprise apartment development community or in some situations, more than one site. The Compliance Specialist will work from the assigned location Monday through Friday with open office business hours/days as established by the Property Manager and Regional Manager. Every effort will be made to have a work week consisting of 40 hours of time but given the nature of the property management business and its requirements, additional work time will likely be required, and overtime compensation will be paid.

While performing the job duties, the associate is often required to read, write, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear, and lift heavy items. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. For safety purposes, work shoes/boots (non-tennis shoes) are a requirement. The associate must also have the ability to access all areas of the community without the assistance of an elevator.
While performing the duties of this job, the associate must be available to work for temporary or extended periods at other locations, including property locations within or near transitional neighborhoods. The associate may be required to work extended periods of time at a computer.
