We're looking for one of those 'giants' to join our family as a Content Strategy Director for a digital and social content studio that services one of our large food & beverage clients. It's an exciting role as this person will get to lead the creation of breakthrough content across an iconic portfolio of brands in the world.


About the Role

You are an all-round senior strategist, with a strong understanding of how brands grow in the Social Age. You have experience from multiple categories, and across brands in different stages of growth. You are comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. You can adapt to a changing brief. You believe in both the traditional & the new world of advertising. You constantly try to explore what's next in the world of brand building. You can pitch bold new ideas and frameworks to global CMOs. You follow Mark Zuckerberg as well as Byron Sharp. You know who won the last Film Grand Prix at Cannes and who's best on TikTok. You learn from APG and IPA as well as Instagram's Creative Hub. You love to work with creatives and with data analysts.


What You'll Do

  • Establish a creatively inspiring vision on the role of content strategy within the larger brand ecosystem in ways that translates into effective go to market
  • Leading content strategy and implementation across the brand's omnichannel ecosystem working in partnership with the creative lead. Content types include photos, visual graphics, short form videos and written editorial posts.
  • Map cultural and market trends, as well as research, social and media data to organize, concept, and develop culturally relevant content ideas that live in the most relevant media environments.
  • Creating monthly editorial calendars and managing the master content calendar across all marketing channels.
  • Have the EQ to organically work along a range of cross-discipline teams both within the content studio and client's team building a collaborative
  • Collaborating across the marketing team to create and execute effective content ideas and editorial pieces that maximize the brand's storytelling
  • Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement plans to evaluate marketing campaigns and overall content effectiveness across all marketing


What You'll Need

  • 6-10 years in content strategy (advertising, social, digital)
  • Experience working on end to end communications efforts across the entire funnel
  • Deep understanding of the modern media landscape-both ofine and online
  • Proven ability to think conceptually as well as executionally
  • Experience unlocking insights into solid content strategy and tangible deliverables
  • An agile thinker who is highly adept at moving between diverse
  • Experience providing professional development opportunities, mentoring, and on-the-job training to those on the team as needed.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $75,000 $180,000 USD
