Summary:

The Business Intelligence Developer will architect, develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence, data warehouse and analytics solutions using the Microsoft technology stack. They may design and develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) routines, perform data profiling and data cleansing, and create BI dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to identify and translate general business information needs into delivered solutions.
* Implement Business Intelligence solutions from design to deployment.
* Design, develop, and maintain data/dimensional models and the supporting ETL.
* Design, Power BI Dashboard and report development and publishing.
* Generate technical requirements and processes.
* Solicit business reporting and analytical requirements from a variety of business departments.
* Provide guidance and training to other functional groups as needed.
* Document new and existing datasets.
* SharePoint setup and maintenance.

Requirements:
* Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, Power BI, SSMS, Visual Studio 2019).
* SQL data warehouse skill sets.
* Experience developing ETL solutions for BI / DW environments.
* Knowledge of data warehouse philosophies such as the Kimball Method.
* Strong knowledge of Power BI and SQL Server.
* Ability to develop fact and dimension tables.
* Experience developing reports and dashboard in Power BI.
* Experience with Analyze in Excel with Power BI datasets.
* Knowledge of Agile methodology.
* Knowledge of SharePoint (External lists, User Roles, etc.).
* Self-motivated and ability to work effectively with general direction.
* Good presentation and communication skills.
* Ability to work efficiently under fast paced work environment while managing multiple priorities.
* Functions well under pressure.
* Strong logical & analytical skills.
* Able to find root causes of problems & quickly implement efficient solutions.
* Is a confident, energetic self-starter, with strong interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and possessing of a high sense of urgency and personal integrity.
* Microsoft Power Apps
* Highest ethical standards and values.
* BS in Computer Science, or related field strongly preferred
* 3 years of experience designing and implementing data warehouses and multidimensional database solutions
* 3 years of experience in data analytics and reporting
