Responsibilities

The Diagnostic Radiology Technologist supports patient care by performing quality radiology procedures and consistently focusing on customer service and safety. Enhances quality by participating in performance improvement. Supports the Radiology department and reports to the Radiology Diagnostic Supervisor.

  • Performs diagnostic imaging to support quality patient care.
  • Demonstrates proper communication skills to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Supports organization priorities to maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Provide quality customer service to patients, families, and coworkers to create a professional and respectful environment.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Licensed by the Kansas Board of Healing Arts as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Registered by the ARRT within 1 yr of graduation or employment.
  • Must obtain CPR/BLS certification within 90 days of hire date.
