About the Role

As Creative Operations for Ogilvy, OpenX, you will be responsible for managing global creative resources, organizing schedules, creating teams, identifying capabilities, and connecting across regions with the right talent for a large global account. You will work closely with the account and PM team to deliver the optimal structure, casting and phasing of work to meet the needs of each project in play and the strongest output possible.

The ideal candidate will be flexible and fluid in plans and process, be someone who unites and has impeccable communication skills with absolute clarity in emails and in meetings and is super organizedThe candidate will have a good sense of judgment and be capable of individually solving problems, knowing when to escalate or broaden communications and decision-making to additional stakeholders and knowing when to act quickly to keep work moving. And, of course, this person must deeply understand creative talent and skills required to deliver innovative 360 campaigns and projects that drive transformation for one of the world's most iconic brands.

What You'll Do

  • Manage creative resources locally and globally from different locations and operating companies
  • Manage creative excellence from the network organizing creative submissions and awards
  • Identify capabilities and connect regions with the right talent
  • Cast the optimal creative talent on projects
  • Understand which creatives (skills, personalities, locations, agencies, etc.) would partner best together on projects
  • Be the source of truth for where everything stands creatively across the account
  • Organize project schedules and untangle clashes and challenges when multiple projects that share talent are on similar timelines
  • Partner with operations to deliver creative that reflects the goals of the project brief and the statement of work
  • Partner with Account, PMs and producers on the creative structure, casting and phasing of work
  • Communicate frequently and update project artifacts such as status documents, schedules and workback plans, RACIs, hotsheets, etc.
  • Adapt as the project shifts to balance the work, communicate the shifts, and keep everyone delivering
  • Create presentations/decks using Google Docs, Keynote, and PowerPoint and edit decks for key meetings
  • Transfer files, archive files and organize summaries with work


What You'll Need

  • Be based in New York
  • Demonstrate incredible organization and communication skills daily
  • Be detail-oriented
  • Be flexible, adaptable and able to move quickly to solve problems and keep work on track
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Keynote, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Miro
  • Support the team with file keeping and archiving, data uploads and file transfers

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $75,000 $180,000 USD
