Kitchen Technician III
The Kitchen Tech III - CRFES (senior level) serves as a front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians. Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintenance of industrial or commercial cooking, refrigeration and/or HVAC equipment (to include both hot-side and cold-side systems).

Diagnose refrigeration and HVAC system performance through observation, testing and setup as required by trade/position and type/size of equipment to include: ice machines, reach in cooler/freezer, walk in cooler/freezer, make line, cold cases, MAU's, exhaust fans and up to 20 Ton Unitarian equipment.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Two-year technical degree in related field is preferred.
Must possess required registrations, professional licenses and/or certifications as required by the position.
5-7 years of experience as a Service Technician.
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair: Ice Machines, Reach-in-Cooler, Reach-In Freezer, Walk in Cooler, Walk-In Freezer, Make Line, Supermarket Cases and Supermarket Racks.
Must have advanced knowledge of service processes, techniques and codes.
Experience with graphic design, schematics and blue prints.
Performs as a self-managed individual.
Professional demeanor, solid interpersonal skills with good written and oral communication capability.
Demonstrates strong business ethics at all times.
