Candidates located in Williamsville-NY, Green Bay, Stevens Point or Hales Corners, WI are strongly preferred.

Support front-line sales in the preparation of loan closing documents. Support the Auto Finance team in the review and funding of indirect auto loans . Critically analyze supporting loan documentation, address any differences if relevant, and ensure loan is booked in accordance with underwriting approval. Coordinate with other departments and vendors to resolve dealer and customer issues. Identify violations to underwriting loan tolerance limits and resubmit to underwriting for review. Consistently meet established service level goals while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.

As a Loan Closer - Indirect Auto, you will:



  • Evaluate and process Indirect auto contracts and disburse funds to the originating dealership promptly and accurately to meet customer expectations and department SLA.
  • Review all loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Service inbound calls from a variety of internal and external sources.
  • Provide support for department in execution of business improvements and support for corporate initiatives.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves risk management and client service issues.
  • Ensures adherence to regulatory and corporate mandates, audits, and exams.
  • Complete other miscellaneous job functions as assigned by management.


Education



  • High School Diploma/GED. Required.


Experience



  • Experience in a consumer lending capacity (processing, data entry, document review). Required.
