Position Summary
This position is based on the Burton 4-H Center on Tybee Island (http://georgia4h.org/4-h-centers/burton-4-h-center/). Work involves food preparation, serving, and cleaning the food service areas. Employees work under direct supervision while involved in preparation of food, serving and cleaning. The incumbent follows written and/or oral procedures and practices and implements procedures, methods, and activities developed by others.

Duties/Responsibilities
Serve food at the dining hall; set up buffet lines and serve individual plates; interact with customers ranging from young children to senior citizens.

Clean and sanitize the work area, operate a commercial dishwasher; clean chairs, tables, and service lines; sweep and mop floors; clean windows, baseboards, blinds; walkways and walls of food service building.
