Job Description

This position is responsible for safely and efficiently
assisting in the delivery and unloading , of equipment or products to customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Assist driver with loading and unloading the truck, delivering equipment or products to customers,
helping drivers navigate to each destination on schedule, and recording delivery logs.
Properly secure equipment or product to prevent movement or damage during transit, by using
strapping, blanket wrapping when necessary.
Uncrating of equipment including removing the protective film and proper disposal of all trash items.
Light assembly of accessories by safely using hand and/or small power tools.
Communicate with customers to ensure they are happy with the service received. Help resolve customer complaints or issues if necessary.
Collecting payments.
All other duties as assigned.

External Qualifications

Education & Experience:

High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

Competencies, Skills and Abilities:

Must be able to perform frequent lifting of 50 pounds with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
Comprehend all Company safety requirements as well as jobsite safety
Excellent customer service skills
Courteous and professional appearance
Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
