Responsibilities Completes Preventative Maintenance work orders as assigned to ensure regulatory compliance Completes Work Orders as assigned in a timely manner Completes Rounds & Readings as assigned according to department policy Participates in department maintenance projects and activities outside of normal job duties Keeps assigned mechanical spaces and areas clean, orderly and in good repair Monitors HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure, codes, regulations, and hospital standards are being met Qualifications Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED 3-5 years' experience in the HVAC field Refrigerant Recovery License - Universal required (can obtain within one (1) year of hire date) Preferred Job Requirements: Knowledge of all trades related to building maintenance HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical Certifcation License Boiler & Chiller experience
