Leave of Absence Specialist HR Academic Full Time 76209BR Job Summary Leave of Absence Specialist applies knowledge of leaves to manage leave of absence (LOA) process for academic employees. Provides consultation, assistance and manages leave cases. Coordinates with campus units such as workers compensation, disability management, benefits, and labor and employee relations on policy and compliance requirements. Partners with leaves lead and advises colleagues on the areas of academic personnel and leaves.
