Position Summary Under the general direction of the Associate Vice President, the Director of Enrollment Operations is responsible for the administration of RFU's enrollment operations, software/data information systems (Technolutions Slate and Ellucian Colleague), and communications management. The director who will be an innovative, thoughtful, and results-oriented leader will oversee the development and management of processes for the Office of Admissions and Enrollment, including application workflows, document processing (physical and electronic), data collection and transferring, CRM support, and maintenance for the office's technological resources. The Director will also support and advance the office's commitment to customer service, brand promise, personalization, partnerships, and pipeline development. The Director is a key member of the admissions and enrollment team, serving as a senior leader.
