Branch Manager

Electrical Wholesalers of New England is looking for a branch manager to fill positions in the following possible locations; Fall River, MA, New Bedford, MA, Plymouth, MA, Stoughton, MA, Worcester, MA, Portsmouth, NH, Portland, ME, Fitchburg, MA, Marlboro, MA.

Duties to Include:

• Set and achieve branch financial goals
• Provide a "Best in class" work environment for employees and customers
• Promote stated goals
• Coach, mentor, hire, and train branch staff
• Strive for high market share
• Work with Senior Management to achieve strategic advantage

Skills Required:

• Previous supervisory experience, preferably in the Electrical Wholesale industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Good communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of operational procedures+++
• The ability to organize, develop and execute a business plan
