We are currently seeking a Lead Platform Engineer (Kubernetes / OpenShift) to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing 'Platform Experience system' for private cloud computing infrastructure.
• Defining strategy and developing infrastructure to support application developer in a private cloud ecosystem.
• Working in collaboration with the clients and subject matter experts to understand their requirements.
• Must be able to design and develop distributed systems.
• Experience in OpenShift and /or similar cloud-native platform
• Experience of working on distributed systems using container systems such as Kubernetes.
• Must have a strong understanding of Microservices and Cloud Technologies.
• Must also have adequate knowledge of Linux software packaging, distribution, and configuration.
• Must also have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in managing modern operational roles like Site reliability engineering (SRE) and DevOps.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Kubernetes
• 1-3 years of experience in OpenShift

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have; (But not a must)

• Experience in one or more JavaScript library like ReactJS
