Patient Placement Supervisor-NPH

In this role as an Patient Placement Supervisor within our Patient Placement department you would be responsible for optimizing patient flow and bed utilization to ensure efficient admissions and transfers. The position is a blend of clinical decision-making and administrative responsibilities.
Salary Range: $105,193- $250,600/ annually

Qualifications We're seeking a self-motivated individual with:
* BSN or MSN, Required
* Current valid CA RN License, required
* BLS from the ARC or AHA, required
* 5 years of acute care nursing experience, required
* Minimum of 5 years of psychiatric experience, required
* Previous background in admissions/bed management or administrative nursing, highly desired
* Previous management or leadership experience, highly desired
* Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across several disciplines
* In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, patient care protocols and healthcare regulations within a psychiatric setting, highly desired
* Ability to lead, inspire, motivate and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
