The starting salary for this position ranges from $18.50 to $22.75/hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.

Position Summary:
The Life Enrichment Assistant/Driver is responsible for the safe operation, transportation and delivery of residents to and from assigned destinations. This position is responsible for assisting the Activity Director with planned resident Life Enrichment. The Life Enrichment Assistant/Driver is also responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle(s).

Eskaton Gold River is a picturesque senior living community consisting of 55 assisted living units, 23 memory care units and 17 pre-memory care units. The Gold River staff focuses on wellness, nutrition and socialization to enhance the life experience of each resident. Qualifications

Education:
High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D.

Training and Experience:
Has a good D.M.V. driving record with no citations for unsafe conduct or unsafe driving patters. Maintenance of a good driving record while employed by Eskaton. Must be 21 years of age or older. Previous experience working with the elderly in a recreational setting preferred.

The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, COVID test, TB screen test and health screen.
