We are currently seeking applicants for a Human Resources Administrator position available at our Headquarters office in Springfield, Missouri. This position plays a key role in support of our payroll function and administering the Human Capital Management (HCM) system and other technologies related to payroll. This position interacts with employees, leaders, third-party vendors, and regulatory compliance agencies.

What we are looking for:

  • An individual focused on attention to detail who thrives in a deadline driven role, while still maintaining accuracy.
  • Five years progressively responsible administrative experience, with three years full payroll processing experience required.
  • Thorough knowledge of payroll compliance, to include but not limited to wage and hour laws, benefit plan calculations, wage attachments and federal, state, and local payroll taxes.
  • HCM/HRIS system experience required. Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams and SharePoint.
  • Proven success in problem solving, working on a team, as a team leader and the education of others.

What you can expect:

  • Start to finish payroll processing including time records, executing accurate payrolls, preparing, and analyzing employer tax filings, maintaining control records for audits, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • SME level participation or leading the team responsible for HCM/HRIS system update management of new features in assigned areas.. Developing/monitoring reports and dashboards; troubleshooting; and training others on system functionality.
  • Solving problems using creativity, sound judgement and excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Detailed work, multitasking, and organizing work and resources.
