Job Description:

TheTerminal Technologies Architect will be a critical part of theIT team, reporting to the Vice President of Business IT, Terminals. In this role, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to streamline and enhance IT service delivery. Your focus will be on configuring and customizing ITSM modules to meet business requirements and improve overall IT processes.

  • Determining the requirements for Operational Technologies for hardware and software installation for Global's terminals
  • Identifying solutions to improve the performance of the IT automation system for terminals
  • Performing regular maintenance on the equipment and applications
  • Able to develop and present innovative implementation strategies for our terminal system
  • Provide insight and direction related to industry trends and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years experience in oil/gas terminal automation and IT
  • Experience in automation systems such as TMS5, TMS6, Guardian 3, PLCs and corresponding field hardware and software
  • Travel required (25%)

Education Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent knowledge preferred in a related field such as Engineering, IT or Computer Science
