We're currently looking for an Associate Human Resources Business Partner to be the next member of our awesome Talent Team and help us continue to grow, improve, and elevate the organization. While reporting to the VP Human Resources, you will provide guidance to managers and leaders on best practices to maximize employee engagement and productivity, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You'll understand the business and act as a proactive consultant providing hands-on and strategic program management and support for a variety of Human Resources initiatives. You'll make a meaningful impact by utilizing your HR knowledge and experience to assess business objectives and lead the delivery of effective solutions including performance management, employee relations, talent and organizational effectiveness administration, and policy administration. Primary business areas that you will support include the Branches, Contact Center, and Sales. Key duties and responsibilities:
