• Submit insurance request online with contracted insurance companies
• Work orders in EPIC, taking care of Stat orders promptly
• Inform and provide doctors with information they need to perform Peer to Peer reviews
• Document information in EPIC under messages and clinic notes, and authorization screen.
• Create appointment notes accurately in EPIC.
• Ability to look up payment history on patient accounts.

Job Requirements:

• High school graduation or GED

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Prefer one year experience in a medical office or hospital setting.
