GENERAL SUMMARY
The Manager of Municipal Sales Operations - Red Valve is responsible for the supervision and training of the inside Municipal Technical Sales team for all Red Valve and Tideflex products. This manager will create, define, and implement an efficient and effective sales process utilizing new and existing technology and business intelligence. This role also includes providing daily inside sales support to Sales Representatives and other departments. This position is currently eligible for DeZURIK's hybrid work schedule. WORKING CONDITIONS Normal manufacturing and office environment. When working occasionally in some shop areas, personal protection equipment (PPE) will be recommended and/or required (safety shoes, safety glasses w/side shields, hearing protection, face shield, gloves, apron and boots). Must have the ability to support extended business hours to meet customer business needs.
