The Vice President of New Business Sales has primary responsibility over the New Business sales team; the team who calls on employers with more than 2,500 employees. The Vice President New Business Sales leader is tasked with delivering on our top line revenue goals. Additional responsibilities include the formation and execution of our commercial strategy, building and leading the commercial organization, and acting as the voice of the market to company leadership. The Vice President New Business Sales will sit on the Employer Leadership Team and report directly to the Senior Vice President of Employer Sales. Essential Duties and Responsiblities
Candidate Profile
The base salary range for this position is $200,000.00 - $215,000.00+. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for commission, RSU's, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: . Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
