About the Role

Throughout the project lifecycle, the Associate Director, PM will oversee schedules, develops, and maintains project plans, ensures project meetings end with clear and actionable conclusions, as well as, that each team member understands next steps and expectations. In addition, they identify areas where additional resources are needed to ensure that project milestones and deliverables are completed according to the schedule.

What You'll Do




  • Manage multiple, large multi-faceted projects at the same time



  • Work with internal team to develop and manage creative development and production timelines



  • Manage and be accountable for each step of the project development process



  • Create and maintain project status of projects, accounts, and assigned resources



  • Organize and lead weekly team status meeting, stand up meetings, etc.



  • Document project evolution and maintain a detailed record of job changes and flag any impacts to project

    time, deliverables and/or scope



  • Engage in contingency planning and recommend solutions



  • Ensure quality of workflow and adherence to internal production policies and process



  • Champion internal systems for higher productivity working



  • Coordinate individuals and teams to develop, create and deliver

    What You'll Need

Industry experience in working in a fast-paced agency with a focus on creative excellence Have worked on a large client with multiple lines of business or multiple smaller clients 5-7 years of Project Management experience within a creative environment

Proven leadership skills in managing a robust team
Understanding of the film, print, online, and digital production processes
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
An appreciation for Creative output
Confidence in building project timelines and scopes across different mediums
Experience in workflow technology and using technology to optimize efficiencies in the workflow Ability to balance and prioritize business objectives

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range
$75,000 $180,000 USD
