Job DescriptionVisa is looking for a strategic finance leader to join our Global Products Finance team. This Senior Director will collaborate with a key members of Visa's executive leadership team to develop financial strategies and drive analytics to enable business decision making. They will drive the long-term planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the businesses they support including Real Time Payments, Tokenization, Secure Remote Commerce, Global Network Processing, ATM and other key platforms. In addition, they will provide detailed monthly reports and analysis on the performance of the businesses. The position involves driving important insights with senior finance leaders and executive management and require strong influence management skills. The Senior Director Global Products Finance will mentor and manage the team to provide strong business partnership. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in financial and general business analysis, preferably with a public company, and demonstrated experience managing teams and collaborating with various functions. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. QualificationsBasic Qualifications: Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 181,800.00 to 250,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
