Position We are seeking a high energy, experienced market intelligence and competitive insights director with superior analytic and problem-solving skills with expertise in the global retail and institutional markets. Our team partners with sales leaders, finance and business managers to deliver insights to help drive strategic initiatives and help influence the decision making process. We are looking for an individual who is collaborative, agile and ready to roll up their sleeves. In addition to in-depth subject matter expertise, you'll need to continually keep pace with the changing technology landscape. This role is responsible for developing and delivering market insights leveraging proprietary and third-party data to help measure Allspring's market position and distribution strengths and opportunities at the channel, geographical and product levels. You will have demonstrable experience working with asset management industry, product and firm specific data for the US and Global markets across retail and institutional channels. Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Base Pay Range: $105,000-$120,000 Salary Range for NYC and CA candidates only.Actual based may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
