Job Summary The Family and Children's Program Manager is responsible for developing and managing the day-to-day operation of services for the 73 units of non-time limited family housing. The manager will also provide on-site supervision and direction for the Children's Program, which serves approximately 200 children with a trauma-informed care approach. The program manager also oversees a 10-unit Family Shelter Program housed off-site. The program manager will work/coordinate with outside service providers, operations staff, and other Solid Ground staff located at Sand Point and serves as the community liaison for resident concerns.
