Summary: The CPI Snr. Associate is responsible for the delivery of, in collaboration with their direct CPI team and the broader R&D community, product embodiments that meet the identified consumer needs for Hygiene brands, Lysol & Harpic. The Snr. Associate will function with a specific skill set(s) within their CPI team. Specific role responsibility will be defined by the CPI team manager along the following lines: Dimension of the Role: This role strategically partners with R&D, I&A and CDO innovation teams to design the right consumer product research to answer key business questions and identify key superiority opportunities. They provide insightful and Reckitt relevant data/insights to enable business growth. They support the pipeline development through generating and interpreting data on consumers' opinions and behaviours, underpinning technical product development and presenting to key stakeholders and peers. * BS/BA degree in a related science and 8 years' experience, or MS degree in a related science and 5 years' experience, or PhD in a related science and 3 years' relevant experience in Personal Care and/or Surface Care The skills for success What we offer

USD$112,000.00- $168,000.00 US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
